Hi, I have read a few posts in regards to this, quite a few people have asked the question.
As far as I know and other Samsonites have posted is that option holders would be given time to convert there option holdings, If and possibly when a takeover may be announced.
If there were to be one, this would go gangbusters, but it will anyway I guess, and is.
Anyway check through older posts as there is plenty of good info in there to be had.
