I may very well stand corrected but at a share value of 50 cents, the options should have a value of about 35 cents.
As they have a fairly long time to expiry they should have a premium of about 5 cents unti the shares achieve a value of 20 cents. Above this figure they should move cent for cent with the fully paids with a cent or so on either side giving them a value of about 34 to 36 cents. However a lot will depend on the individual demand on both the shares and options.
At the existing price of 4 cents I feel they are a better buy than the shares, and you must consider that in the event of a terrible scenario, which is most unlikely to happen the 4 cents is all you can lose, as opposed to what you may lose per share on the fully paids.
