Hi 4walls,

My info is only in reference to the Explanatory Statement in the Oct 29 AGM notice. I contacted the asx and obj's share registry on Tuesday and neither had received documentation to date so I'm assumming from this that it hasn't been finalized yet

Listing Rule 7.3

b) The grant of the New Options will occur no later than three months after the date of the Meeting, or such later date approved by ASX;

c) The Board intends to grant the New Options pursuant to Resolution 5 as one allotment. However, the Board reserves the right to grant the New Options progressively (but no later than three months after the date of the Meeting)
