Either way oppies are continuing to be traded and exercised, which leads me to question what the rules are for issuing a 3b ANN.
Does ithe issuing of a 3b depend on the number of oppies that are being converted or is the rule xxxxxdays after receipt of the notice. Just curious as I would have expected to have seen more regular announcements relating to the exercise. Perhaps they wait until the blackout period starts or a week after the ops close.
I also wonder if the issuing of multiple 3bs would upset the theory of an announcement 1 week later!!!!
Could somebody please clarify the unless for me.
