Best advice that you can get as a "relatively new investor" Jinbrisbane,and I assume that you mean "investor", is BE PATIENT and trust your Board and Management to do the worrying for you.
IMO you have certainly picked a very good one to start with.
Your "theory" on "valuations" is fine "theoretically", but "market" usually has its own ideas, so, just keep an eye on the relative values and make your own decisions dependent upon your own circumstances at the time.
