I was sent an email with subscription details and have paid up late last week, if you are not signed up for electronic communication then you should get a letter shortly. If you don't get it soon then I'd contact the company secretary.
The record date was the 8th so any shares purchased on the 7th or prior would qualify you to participate. Hope that helps
