I have 900k shares so at 1 share for every 6 I am entitled to apply for 150 000 options at half a cent which will cost me $750 .I can exercise these options into shares by paying an extra 10 cents any time prior to them expiring. The option are also tradable in their own right So once all the allocations are made they will be trading same as shares and I assume that if the main shares are still around 11cents the options because they have a long expiry will trade around 5 cents plus as a guess .So do the maths my $750 initial investment could reap me 10 times that or more, or if the main share is trading around 20 cents I can exercise my 150 000 options and convert them into shares for an extra outlay of 10cents so they would cost me 10.5 cents a share and I am are already up 9.5 cents. Management have certainly rewarded our loyalty and the timing could not have been any better because the share price is over 10 cents which makes it even sweeter and if everyone exercises their options along the way then that's another 2 odd million dollars they have raised from existing shareholders rather than go to market .I believe its a brilliant idea by management made even better because the share price has moved over 10 cents and potentially even higher with more favourable gold results when the R/C drilling starts in the next couple of weeks. All these assumptions are dependent on the share price holding a base around 10 cents plus.
