Further to the ongoing issue of slow option conversion, I have now got tangible advice on when this will be actioned.
After a few follow-up emails & calls and Automic / PTX buck-passing, Automic have advised conversion (for me at least) will occur on Monday, 3rd of April 2023.
Why PTX are holding off converting for a month when the last conversion I did took 4 days is odd but I definitely think something is going on, under the covers which is not being disclosed.
