What? Of course they do. The premise of your argument is that option holders are the ones selling the heads to fund their options exercise @ 6.25c a pop.
If i have 100k PTXOC I only need to sell 59,524 shares to fund their exercise. Like I said, the selling pressure you are blaming the options for is overstated, and this doesn't magically all go away come the 31 March. This goes away when the bio sector is back in favour, people feel more confident in the macro environment to risk-on, and PTX announces something blockbuster. Not before.
