I converted my first lot of Options last October & the process involved requesting an Exercise application from Automic (it included your holding details, SRN/HIN etc). You filled out the form & returned it to Automic via email & EFT'd the money to a nominated bank account that was on that form. The options were then converted to heads & the whole process took around 5 days.

On March 1st, I repeated the same process for the balance of the options that I had but no acknowledgement or conversion took place. After a few emails & phonecalls Automic told me I needed to follow-up with Prescient & after contacting Prescient, they said that I need to follow-up with Automic, it was clear to me that something was up. Finally after a few phonecalls I spoke with Melanie Leydin (Company Secretary) on the 10th March who advised me of a 'board decision' to defer all conversions until after expiry. On the same day, Automic then confirmed via email that my application had been rec'd along with payment and that conversion would occur on 3rd April. .
