The options price is based on the stock price. It is more illiquid and company options don't have professional market makers like exchange traded options do, as a result they often get out of line. I wouldn't concentrate on the option price when they are so far in the money except when you are buying or selling them as they should be worth intrinsic I.e. share price minus 6.25c
