At the top right of the "your portfolio " page, you will see documents and statements. Click on that. And then select other documents. You will find the PTXoc options exercise form there.
After you transfer the money, email that form to the automic email address on that form, but also to
[email protected]. Eleanor is the lady that will compete the transaction. Conversions being done every 2 weeks at the moment.
