    I think capital raising could be good for oppies. Capital raising removes barriers... (potential) cash barriers. Over-runs on these sorts of projects (drilling) are common. Demand for drillers is high and supply is inadequate. There is a reason that WOR is going well!

    Inflationary pressures on wages and the service sector are not insigificant considerations. This can mean full steam ahead and significant announcements before Sept 08. I have enough skin in the game to care... I find this a very fascinating sport.
