Not really, think about this, they will get a minimum of 41mill from the sale less pay out note holders and tax they will have around 27mill in the bank. They do not have to give any to shareholders as a distribution but can keep it and look for another project, if they do not already have one in mind!! Just another way of looking at it as i believe the directors do not want a take over as they were given 5mill options free. Put yourself in their position, it is to their advantage to find another project and try and grow thier options. That is what i would do!! This is the reason why i bought options! Time will tell!
