Aberfan, once you own the options you can exercise at any time between when you buy them and expiry in Sept.

I own options and have already received the appropriate form to exercise if I want. All I have to do is fill it out and send it in with a cheque for 10 cents per share. I will then be issued with shares which I can hold or sell.

If you read today's announcement you will see new shares were issued from exercise of the 10 cent options. Now that they are deep into the money you will see more of it.

However unless I am exercising to sell there is no real need to do it yet because the option gives me the right to buy shares at 10 cents at any time before expiry. So if I plan to exercise and then hold I am better off doing it closer to expiry and not tying up my capital now.

Of course I don't have to exercise at all. I can always just sell the options at a profit.
