guys i think we are missing the point a little...

Lange has limited ability to move the shareprice, all we can really expect of him is to deliver profits, growth and strong cashflows... so far he is doing all those things and i dont think many could argue he hasnt done a good job... so why shouldnt he be rewarded??? if execs were only paid bonuses based on SP, then it would be a very barren year for all ASX executives...

Lange is delivering record profits & growth... lets support him... if he keeps on doing that, then the shareprice will sort itself out in due course and we will all be rich (including Lange)...
