well TCF, your theory is all very well IF they go to 50c or even anything over 20c, HOWEVER if they dont, then thats another $200,000 down the drain - and we still owe the bank $200,000 plus interest. Not quite how I envisaged my foray in GDNO - major major mistake on my part - and much too expensive a lesson to learn.
