At this end of the market the options granted by xen were not overly generous. directors have not been given millions for nothing. when the 6cent and 3 cent shares were issued the attaching of options were necessary to get theb raisisng away. the 11 cent issue was when the shares were 13 cents and no options were attachwd.
if you look at FAR & WGP for example you will see real generosity in play.
Middlemas seems to work to a formula of performance shares for given hurdles and seems to work.The only one of his companies that has not paid off ( so far ) is SYS, and I for one did very well out of that.
It seems to me that you appear to have a severe case of sour grapes.
The shares have run hard and will probably need a breather but I believe that the ingredients are there for a multi-bagger.
