I believe the market is saying that it is unlikely that these assets will be sold for less than the premium they owe holders .
In this market plenty of t/o's have been retracted . They would need to raise the offer and this is unlikely in this market, imo .
If CIF board recommends selling then they are basically admitting the whole process of setting up this fund was a failure .
