    From all my readings, especially this morning, leaves me in no doubt that the offer from Santos has been opportunistic. It is in favor of their shareholders and not ESG shareholders.

    They have obviously taken the step, after market conditions have been on the decline.

    As one share holder suggested, we must email ESG and protest their support of the takeover.
