    Fair value based on yesterdays aud/cad and closing price of ELD on TSX, the value of sgx should be 6.905.
    It is interesting that management have folded so easily !.
    6.905 is hardly a significant premium and I can only see this falling, as the ELD on TSX is over valued, shareholders of ELD I am sure were hoping for better new than a takeover of SGX here.
