Sandon appear to do their research when taking on an investment & as their note says, " It would also be remiss not to mention some of the companies in the portfolio that require necessary changes at Board and management level to ensure that the value opportunity is maximised" indicates they are willing to share their expertise at times to assist the share holdings to improve their operations.
I'm not suggesting this for IDT, just highlighting that I respect Sandons approach with their investment strategies.
