Any deal like that would be a Fenix/newhaul type buying the assets in the logistices company that we own 50% of, with fex to fund the commercial lending at commercial rates to newhaul.
That way Fenix is retaining the interest for the loan instead of the bank.
We would also be using the expertise of craig mitchel who owned and ran a transport company that he on sold to toll.
That way Fex does not have the hassel of finding the expertise to run a trucking company under fex.
Instead we could double the size of new haul and use the current expertise.
