That's old news and no big deal:

Caledon announces that on 11 May 2011 George Salamis, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 266,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 104.4786 pence each.

Mr Salamis was a founder of Caledon. He has never before sold any of his shares in the Company and this transaction was effected in order to meet various personal financial obligations and commitments. It was conducted in accordance with the Company's Share Dealing Code.

The shares sold represented approximately 7% of Mr Salamis's total interest in Caledon shares and options. His remaining interest in the Company after this transaction is 771,500 ordinary shares (representing 0.28% of the issued share capital) and 2,977,106 shares under option (at exercise prices between 10p and 40p).
