    Announced today on CCD.

    It was only a revised notice.

    I'm not sure if directors would be selling to cash in on higher prices in view that any takeover fails and hence the share price drops or whether they are selling because they are giving in to a takeover??

    I have no idea.

    Just trying to make sense of it?
