I particularly like the stories and plans of selling a 20% parcel at a valuation based on the NPV. WHY would anyone take on the risk of paying 20% of a fully valued NPV base.
MAYBE just MAYBE they would entertain a 50% discount to the NPV if stumping up cash for equity but again....a BIG MAYBE.
And every day that SP declines that pieced of the pie that is so desperately needed to move forward becomes larger and larger and further and further away.
As the market is telling us!!!
