Is it very rude ?? to tell them that anyone can be good at spending money (building infrastructures, etc) because always lots of hungers are around. (They will do whatever as long as they get paid).

It is harder to make money.

SFX CEO may be knowledgable about how to prepare documents and what kinds of infrastructures may be needed. But it is for me, not worth 500K.

I also would like to tell them, people who has 150M spare cash, this cash already making money for them without doing any work ( for example, if they invest 150M in good income shares, this money generates annual return from dividends plus some capital gain)

If people who borrow 150M, they will have to make lots of money to pay back interest and secure profits.

Either way, the project has to be really really seriously profitable.

I would like to know If they worked out all sorts of customized simulation for each potential partners to convince them. (Including my previous post.... if zircon shortage will not affect them instantly, how they go about it to attract them?)

But I’m so scared to tell them directly as I am still learning about SFX.

I hope that they will read my post as one of shareholders opinion.
