Try to support the value of this stock based on its past is a very inaccurate way of determining its real value now. By doing so you neglect the recent history of this stock. In my analysis, recent history is of a key importance, and it tells me why this stock is so low and yes, on undervalued if you look at only the business. However a company is more than just the business and on these other fronts, the market has lost confidence.
I think it's going to be another 2 quarterly releases until we figure out if they can fix this problem, maybe three... maybe four. Time is money. If you have time, look else where and come back later.
