I agree with Jazzmox here though, timing is weird if the Anny was true.

Why? As I've said previously you never wait till you're completely out of money to raise. You never want to be going into your last quarter of cash. The company said officially there was no CR imminent. We've seen that's a lie, so you'd have to start querying their other assertions, such as they've reigned in cash burn. Next quarterly announcement is in around 3 weeks but the results will of course already be known internally.
