Huge opportunity here for Aim if zinc does continue this break past the previous zinc record.Even if they attain say $1.30/lb the eyes that will be focused on anything zinc that will be producing in the near future should ensure a comfortable equity raising,whatever that may be.
But just how far is Aim management prepared to play chicken with the price of zinc and will stockpile drawdown suddenly diminish at these prices.I'll have a punt and say that now zinc has gone sub 100Kt taking into account cancelled warrants that it will be enough to maintain a decent drawdown rate.Worrying thing is two of the last 3 days have been under 200t drawdown so there are signs that it MAY be slowing.Giive it another week or so and we'll know the full story re zinc.
