I guess the crux of this document in relation to where AIM is at is that LME spot is only one factor at play in determining the benchmark (which in this case is set annually).
In CBH's case it is set well below LME spot, but also need to consider the $30 mil loan soft being thrown in.
This might be something that MF & Barclays are arranging to reduce equity raising.
Sorry, didn't want to clog up the AIM thread with CBH talk, but thought it was worth noting.
