the ASX is littered with stocks whose boards have ex-BHP execs (and others)... blah, blah, blah.... once they are out of their comfortable world such people are useless.... WMT is a shining example of has-beens who have achieved nothing....


what you need to know is that you simply don't have to be that good if you get to be a director of BHP or any other big company, you can just cruise on company momentum....


and I would remind you newcomers that through the eighties BHP directors LOST more value for shareholders than the combined losses of all the State Government banking disasters of the times..... so much for 'ex-directors'.....


WHY DO YOU THINK THEY ARE "EX"?......
