Nah this is a right royal stitch up for us shareholders.
It is irrelevant how many shares that poster holds. He has a right to his say as do I.
IMO CVN should have either borrowed at what are low rates now or have done a full rights issue, instead of the great big dilution we're looking at after the big Instos take a de-risked bite of CVN.
Why are we shareholders who've held our shares at risk during the recent successful dorado and roc south drilling be expected to stand aside and allow the Instos to dilute our company by 202,564,100 shares RISK FREE!
The big boys just waltz in and clean up a fair slice of us at a bargain buy 39c and we are expected to lap it up and take the crumbs like suckers again.

I can't believe someone here says we holders should fork out 3.5 c more than the Instos on market if we want more?
Here's an idea why don't the Instos buy their $79million worth on market boosting the SP then we'll see whether we shareholders can find $84 million for a full 39c rights issue!
Management might be surprised how many existing holders want into the game .
