re: movement at the station Agree that placement is likely any day now but probably as a part of M&A so more than likely will be revenue neutral, just expand the pot. TXT I believe will take more than 10% but probably as part of the NASDAQ float, along with several other large names. TFS will not be ditched without either a buyer in place or as part of a reorganisation with TZ and Intevia. Could all play a part in the float of course but that is still a year away so too difficult to see how it all plays out. It is so tightly held that any takeover attempt would have to involve a huge offer to have any hope of success, especially with TXT acting as point guard. I'd consider $5 though!
