re: great announcement Two new product launches in a few weeks, TFS relationship will become clearer (hopefully a joint float of TZ with a 'new' TFS using Intevia) and two more promised announcements, of which one I expect will be a dilution free placement as extra companies are added to the production/IP suite of companies.

They cannot make announcements while JV partners are not ready. All the better for those who have done their homework to get set before the herd discovers them. The shares are so tightly held that there will be relatively few for sale so SP will spike sharply on positive news.
