Re Seychelles- this large Fortune 500 Company is obviously one of the big boys and would be swooned over by WHL and the Seychelles Govt. However, with them stepping aside, the door is open for smaller O & G Companies (not quite in the league of this big company) to appraise the opportunity.There would have to be more in this league of O & G!
It would be hard for these smaller (but still substantial)O & G Companies to get a leg in on these types of opportunities. But now most of the hard work has been done, and this opportunity is there for the pickings!
It would be hard to believe that this Seychelles project will be left on the sidelines for too long, especially when it has reached a stage of Govt approval, clarification of what's most likely there and how easy it is to get to it.
