The idea is to frustrate the higher priced sellers into selling at market because their offers never get hit due to the dripfeed at a lower price. That is how they accumulate lower priced volume.
It is wrong I agree. It should be outlawed I agree.
Although it is seemingly being used as an accumulation strategy by someone who wants a bigger slice, s that may end up being a positive in the medium term.
