May go lower in the short term, but I doubt it will go below $1.45 or $1.40. It has been very stable between $1.45 and $1.55 over the last few weeks. Put simply the stability around $1.50 gives a good indication as to where this will stay until an announcement comes. Personally, I entered an order for my third hfr packet today at $1.45.
