I think because of Mauro no money to pay Fulida and only able to transfer part of shares to them.
Fulida own the shares but take not much control of the company. they should buy more shares and restructure the management team and work with someone have more ability. but since fulida main business textile been targeted by US tariff i think the they wont invest more money on wellard.
