    Just one technical question......if OPES legally owned the shares in SLA by virtue of the margin loan agreement then shouldn't THEY technically have declared a subs holding notice.......on every listed company whose shares they held.....

    I've got a feeling this will be a legal minefield...but I think the lesson is we ALL need to check the T's and C's (especially the small ones) on all our brokers....
