The board and management of Genex Power Ltd have very serious questions about "CONFLICTS OF INTEREST" which they need to address.

I have put it to them that a perception can be held that in various ways the Proposed Scheme would benefit some of them in terms of return of their investments and ongong employment and remuneration.

NO COMMENT; like the no comment on current status of the dubious J and F scheme by the Chairman at the AGM last week.
