Thanks for that, obviously far too much legal crap to read it all but from what I can see it has been determined that we have a case based on Eco’s original submissions but now the powers that be have given them two months to change wording so they can be successful in their defence?
it is like a friend of mine who was getting a divorce/ custody and the Father was not prepared enough under questioning by the judge so was sent away for a month to prepare better….the judicial system is a joke. ( he ended losing after spending $50,000 on barristers etc)
