No. Not at all. That's just what you wish, but it's far from the truth.

The Libs are simply applying yet more pressure on Labor and especially the "Independents" before the election.

The Libs know that voters want Labor gone.

The voters know that the "Independents" are keeping Labor in government.

So the Libs are giving the "Independents" yet another chance to do the right thing and rid us of a terrible government before the election.

Of course, they won't, and it'll be bye byes to the "Independents" who will join Labor in political wasteland, where they belong.
