I don't see Anwar's Signature on the manifesto. To me it looks like SMSL is trying to force Pakatan Rakyat to say yes to all their BS. Did it say they are going to overright what the royal family said 2 months ago? Highly unlikely LAMP will be shut down IMHO.
Quote form page 17:

This means they will have to shut down most of the plants in Malaysia. This sort of moves will only render back to poverty. Mobiles phones and cooking microwaves will have to be banned too.
I say "good". Let them use the manisfesto. We will see Malaysia collapses under new leadership. Do you think the people of Malaysia are stupid to let this by? I doubt it.
They couldn't fight Lynas in court hence this spin is needed.
