Politics 101 - "Over-promise and Under-Deliver". It happens the world over on any upcoming election that the contesting Govt will make outlandish promies to do this and do that in order to garner the additional votes to get them into power and then it all changes again. Malaysia have a vision to become the technological hub of Asia, shutting down the LAMP will not happen. And as one other poster said, why worry about it as the incumbent Govt. will will anyway.
