I agree, I expect as CNX advances that we will get opposition coming out of the wood work, from those with their own agenda's to environmental extremists who want Coal to stay untouched, to those that are ignorant of UCG or been fed bad info.  There seems that there is a lot of misdirection out there and it's been around for some time.  It will be interesting to see what influx we get here over time.

It's also why I think it important for CNX to get out there especially around population of proposed Blue Gum Project, earlier than later.  "Lock The Gate" National President Drew Hutton has already lumped UCG in with CSG

I also suspect we will continue to receive periodic SP volatility and shaking of the tree for some time.

I also agree there are a number of avenue regarding CR for non sold share (Up to 50M) that CNX can go and we possibly won't like it, but no use crying over spilt milk.  We IMO are by no means in dire straights but at the end of the day (as stated) we will need that extra cash to pay the bills for what needs doing.

On a side note - I'm also interested to see what Zhengzhou GIC (through Haoqin JV) do when Qld Gov give the go ahead to proceed with Application Process.  Possibly nothing, but we don't know their Agenda or the actual reason for hiatus of appointing a PCM, it's just speculation at present.  We should be receiving more monies should that project continue.  The only positive I can see there at the moment is that it has not been cancelled which IMO they have had plenty of time to do.
