This stock has sure had an interesting past, with volatile pricing, questionable management, false starts, MOU etc etc. Now we have a deal(s) in the pipeline (obviously not guaranteed), credible management, a potential product(s) that is game changing the world over. wow

Is this really happening?

Well, we may be swapping from a nightmare to a dream, yes it is all hot air fluffy stuff, dreaming is a cheap thing to do. However, if and i say if the crew can get the Indian+ across the line to an amicable arrangement (if that's possible), devil in the detail, then a market cap of $40M is a opportunity to get in at a respectively low level and on board. Risk is that it fails, needs more funding to breath a little longer, and pfffft gone. This feels different, ESI has cried wolf a few times in the past, however the dot joining is not coming from within ESI its from the outside.
