To much has been done for OPR not to go ahead. Opr going ahead means life to all projects/partnerships, no matter how they are formulated, in the mid west.

I have no doubt that there is so much going on behind the scenes that we will never know about. I think the resignation of PK is a new turning point. Also being the suspicious type, believe some of the happening have been orchestra sometime ago and link back to the initial FIRB decision. Still looking forward to POSCO's and Mitsubishi's move.
