The only President in modern times who did not win with a majority of those that voted.

Both Bill Clinton and Barack Obama won decisively winning a clear majority of votes
as well as the electoral college vote something Trump has failed to do. A weak win based on lies and potentially with the treasonous help of his Russian backers.

His administration began to fall apart from the outset as his key picks ran foul of the law.
His administration is mired in scandal and impeachment is a very real prospect as his former supporters face the music and spill the beans.
