You're probably right, but as I said it's more of just only topping up if the price is right. I'm sure it'll shoot up sooner or later, but there has been too many let downs that I need a decent margin of safety with any fresh orders (which means well below 30c which is certainly possible if there is poor retail intake and underwriters dump like last time). Happy to miss out on any top ups, I have a decent position I built up already after the last cap raise.
